Typical Complimentary Upgrade Process

When I run a promotion, I usually ask users to do one of these things:

  • share helpful feedback
  • leave an honest review
  • reinstall and give the extension another try
  • reach out after helping spread the word

After that, I can usually handle the upgrade manually. If you are already in contact with me about a promotion, just reply with the details and I will take it from there.
